ベルリンを拠点とする世界的に有名な名門バレエ・カンパニーに入学したアメリカ人バレリーナのスージー（ダコタ・ジョンソン）は、マダム・ブラン（ティルダ・スウィントン）のもとで指導を受けることになる。しかし、最近退学処分になった一人の生徒が殺害される事件が発生。スージーは、このバレエ・カンパニーに巣食う秘密の存在を感じ始めるが…。
