クレイ（ジェフリー・ディーン・モーガン）、ロケ（イドリス・エルバ）、ジェンセン（クリス・エヴァンス）らはボリビアのジャングルに送り込まれたアメリカの特別部隊の隊員たち。マックス（ジェイソン・パトリック）とだけ知られる謎の強敵に狙われ、隊員たちは死亡したと誤報されるが、彼らはそれを逆に利用しマックスに復讐を誓う。そんな彼らに謎の女アイシャ（ゾーイ・サルダナ）も加わり、更に複雑な事態に…。
